Nora Scholar is now an interstellar bounty hunter, pursuing a powerful psychic on the desolate mining planet, Dazzle. There she befriends a would-be dancer named Max. Together, they take on the ESPer, Fuuchino, and his oversized bruiser of a brother, Touchino.

This short film, made for schools to show, teaches traffic safety using the Kinnikuman cast. Basically, the plot is that a Devil Chojin teams up with Kinkotsuman and Iwao to create a dangerous theme park named "Traffic Hell Land". It's up to Kinnikuman, Terryman, and Meat-kun to stop them with their usual wrestling action while teaching the kids trapped there proper traffic safety.

The film tells the story of Nyanta, whose birthday party is today. On his way home to prepare for it, he scolds some other kids for irresponsibly playing with fire. When Nyanta gets home, he agrees to look after his mother’s cooking while she’s away, but a prank set by the same kids from earlier turns into disaster as it causes a fire in the kitchen.

Impossibly tough and hairsprayed biker boys and girls fight turf wars in the streets, with much revving of motors and "you killed my buddy, prepare to die" dialogue. Based on the Shonen Magazine manga by Masahide Hashimoto, whose hero was so tough that he transferred schools 20 times. Only a Japanese tough guy would continue to go at all!
