The chiefs daughter catches him and after a chase both are knocked unconscious. When a fire starts, the stooges respond to the alarm, but don't realize its their firehouse that's burning! Donning a cigarette holder she explains with a seductive smile that she comes from Italy and asks for directions to her cousins château. The femme fatales exploits include drinking, smoking in public, enticing men, wearing extravagant garments and boasting a tattoo of a skull on her forearm.

The fourth film in Columbia's "Rusty" series is a lecture against spreading gossip. A young army veteran comes to town, and Danny and his friends learn that he had spent time in a military stockade for an infraction of a regulation. Danny's friends spread the story all over town. The seriousness of the minor infraction grows with each telling. As a sidebar, Rusty finds a mate and becomes a father.

The movie starts out with Marie as The Girl in the Case in love with Neal Burns, "Her Sweetheart." But her dad wants her to marry someone else (Chester Conklin) and takes her away on vacation to get her away from Her Sweetheart. He follows them, disguised as a widow.

A typical over the top, knock about slapstick comedy from Matt Sennet. Chester Conklin plays a teacher that spends most of the two reels dealing with classroom hijinks in between flirting with his favorite student and fending off the affections of Louise Fazenda. It ends with a windstorm and people running about, falling through ceilings, getting struck by lightning and many other things that suspend your disbelief.

Ray Whitley and the other Lazy-Q cowhands break up a plot by Mrs. Pierce (Isabel La Mal) to have her son George (Sid Coke) acquire the ranch by marrying the owner's daughter (Jean Joyce).

A French Legionnaire on foreign station loves a café dancer, and when the natives rebel and the young woman is endangered, the officer leaves his command to go to the woman's aid. His friend saves him from court-martial and he heads a regiment in the World War.

After being falsely accused of kidnapping, Slim is thrown in jail. His troubles get worse when a lynch mob starts forming outside the jail.
