Other than that everything else is your basic run of the mill, no better than any other kung fu film film. Ha! As the story goes, gold is stolen from the government so undercover constables do there detective work. Decent fight scenes with a lot of weapon works. Carter of course can't use weapons but his fists and kicks are equally impressive, being consistent with the rest of the film. Good ending also saves the film.
