Lenore is an orphan raised on a diet of Edgar Allen Poe. She considers the raven to be her protector. She is visited by Poe every night in her dreams. She is also visited every night by a shaved-head man she calls Skinner. As a child, she believes that she will some day kill Skinner. She is deeply disturbed by her dreams. As a young adult, she is apparently raped by Skinner, after which she kills him and disposes of the body. As revenge, Skinner begins killing those around her. (imdb)

The film, released on DVD in 2014 as part of a boxset also containing Melancholie der Engel (2009) and Reise nach Agatis (2010), deals with the everyday life of a man, Carsten, who works on the set of the 2004 Ulli Lommel film Zombie Nation. At the same time, he is planning to realize his own film, a task he finds extremely difficult.
