When Andy Panda's father brags about what a great hunter he is to Andy, Andy's mother immediately challenges her husband to get rid of a mouse in their home. Andy's father tries all kinds of traps and even brings in a cat. But the cat turns out to be an old friend of the mouse's, and none of the traps work. Finally, Andy's father takes more drastic measures.

When Universal's then biggest cartoon star Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was declining in popularity, Lantz decided to come up with new characters to keep the shorts running. One of these characters was a great dane which they named Elmer, and was cast as Oswald's pet dog. The inspiration for character came from the fact that Lantz was a fanatic in great danes.

Andy Panda and his dog Balmer plant a victory garden, while a pesky rooster eats their plants. Andy wants to plant a new garden with the help of his dog. Unfortunately, everything goes wrong for both of them. Andy finds that the ground is hard as rocks and he can't dig; he has to use a drill. The dog chases a worm and gets stuck in a rake. The worm whacks him and leads him on a merry chase through a garden hose, turning it into a snake which blasts the poor dog in the face with water.

Little Bo Peep has lost her sheep and doesn't know where to find them, so she calls the cops, in the form of Oswald and Humpty Dumpty. They haven't been kidnapped. They ran away and are terrorizing nursery rhyme characters by pelting them with pies.

A man struggles to survive after being shipwrecked on a deserted island.

Two little lambs steal Oswald's airplane and take a wild joyride at and through an air-meet. They soon drive the other contestants out of the sky and the race and win the meet for Oswald who has managed to get on board by lassoing the airplane.

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit builds a radio-controlled personality changer out of instructions in a magazine. The he goes next door and uses it on the ducks who live there.

Oswald the Rabbit goes snooping around a junk yard with his dog, Doxie. He fins a bottle marked "The Magic Jug," and when he uncorks it out jumps a genii with his magic wand. The genii them proceeds to transform all the pictures on the ad labels of the old tin cans into live people. They organize a dancing and singing party, but the devil with a pitch fork, from a deviled ham can, steals the genii's wand and starts to mess things up. Oswald saves the day.

Public Rat Number One takes along Baby-Face Rat to steal the cheese out of the kitchen icebox. The dishes in the kitchen become animated and chase the marauders, capturing the youngster while the gangster rat escapes. Baby-Face is brought before Policeman Sugar Bowl and given the third degree. He escapes, is chased by the frankfurter-bloodhounds but manages to get away.

Scoutmaster Oswald (the Rabbit) takes his troop of Duck Scouts on a camping trip. The youngest member, a black duckling, gets into trouble with a mischievous beaver, who keeps putting out the camp fire the little black duckling is trying to light. The little black duckling chases the beaver into the water and encounters an alligator, who is pleased to see that his dinner has arrived.

Wildcat Willie, one of Walter Lantz's lesser known characters, is the protagonist here, a mean widdle kid who runs away from home and masquerades as an orphan. Trouble ensues when Wildcat's new family suspects Wildcat is a rat - er, wildcat. Lots of fast action and violence (Wildcat wields a mean axe).

A little mouse runs away from home and goes to sea. Aboard the ship, a rat starts to educate the mouse on the ways of sea-farin' mice by sending him to the galley to steal cheese from the Captain's table. But the Captain's parrot, a sea-goin' snitch, spots the thievery and squawks loud and long about it. That brings the whole crew down after the mouse, who gets away and learns that there is no place like home.

Like many other cartoons, Baby-Face Mouse deals with the tried and true cliche of cat and mouse, and as usual, Baby-Face Mouse is crowned the winner!

Baby-Face Mouse, disobeying his mother, goes into the territory of Rat Enemy No.1. The gangster is working on turning the young mouse into a member of his gang, but Baby-Face gets so tough he knocks out Rat Enemy No. 1 and turns him over to the police and gets a reward. Back home though, he gets spanked for crossing the railroad tracks into bad territory.

After a gag-filled journey to their miner's cabin, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and his burro go to sleep. That;s when the trade mce appear, following their mother's instructions to trade fairly. This consists of taking what they want and leaving a soda-bottle cap in exchange, with no negotiation.

Grandpa Mouse reminisces of how when he was a bootboy..... er, bootmouse in the French Foreign Legion, he defended the fort singlehanded.... er, singlepawed against every Arab in North Africa.

A little tough mouse is out on the town getting food.
