A has-been film director Jai Singh Adenwalla (Naseeruddin Shah) shoots himself & before dying, challenges his estranged wife Mallika (Neha Dhupia) to prove his suicide as murder in order to get a payout on his life insurance policy. Adenwalla's chauffeur Subash (Paresh Rawal) teams up with Mallika in an attempt to prove it as a murder - but it isn't long before they are locked in a web of lies and deceit as they attempt to outwit each other and secure the money for themselves.

Before photographer Ray Acharya (Neil Nitin Mukesh) inherited his grandfather's camera, he didn't have a lot to brag about. Ray's struggles vanish, however, when he discovers that the camera has special powers in this musical fantasy. Now at the top of his game both professionally and personally, the newly successful Ray is about to discover that with great power comes great danger. Jehangir Surti directs, and Bipasha Basu co-stars.
