    Ravi Abraham (Anoop Menon) & Parvathi's (Samvrutha Sunil) perfect life is instantly turned upside down when their little girl Ammu is abducted by a kidnapper, Ambi (Jayasurya), with an elaborate scheme. With the clock ticking on their daughter's life, the couple is forced to comply with the wishes of the madman.     After surgeon Dr. Hari Narayan (Murali Gopy) dies in an accident in Bangalore on his way to the hospital, his twin Ravi Narayan (Murali Gopy) starts behaving as if he was Hari, leaving their family distraught. Crime Branch CI Yousaf Marikkar (Fahadh Faasil), who himself had his own inner demons to battle, tries to get Ravi committed. However, what starts as a case of schizophrenia soon morphs into an investigation into an illegal drug operation centered around the hospital where Hari worked.
