Shekhar (Ajay Devgan), a race car driver turns into a criminal by helping fugitives get away with his driving skills. When trying to escape from ACP Abhay Singh Rathore (Sunil Shetty), Shekhar gets into a car accident in which his pregnant wife is badly wounded & shortly dies & Shekhar is jailed. 8 years later, Shekar is released & out for revenge. When he learns that his wife had given birth to a son whose whereabouts only Rathore knew, Shekar kidnaps Rathore's son Chirag to get to his own son.

While traveling by train Shekhar attempts to woo Sanjana Sharma, but finds out she had given her heart to a former boyfriend, Rohit, who is no more.
