The title represents a play on words, aside from its obvious sensational implications (which is used ironically - almost nothing in the film apart from some incidental nudity), the "everything" refers to the sheer number of topics at hand, with filmmakers exploring themes from national identity to ornithology, to foreign travel to Vietnam and Brazil, to the history of Berlin.
