Ralf (Andreas Pietschmann) goes missing during a holiday solo sailing trip. The coastguard assumes a fatal accident, but his girlfriend Martina (Stefanie Stappenbeck) believes he is still alive and starts her own investigation, which soon begin taking a toll on her nerves.
