Using a false accusation of unlawful land-squatting, Bill Edwards (Al Ferguson) goes to the County Seat and has Sheriff Brown to swear out a warrant against sheep-herders Marie Valerian (Neva Gerber) and her father (Silver Tip Baker). The Sheriff sends a Deputy, "Thundering" Thompson (Cheyenne Bill), back to serve the warrant. Thompson learns that Edwards is only trying to force the Valerians to sell their sheep to him at a cheap price, and comes back without serving the warrant. (imdb)

Yak arrives at the Gilmore ranch where rustling has occurred. Gilmore blames a wild horse when it is actually his foreman Mays. After Yak catches and tames the wild horse, Mays gets Yak out of the way by having him arrested for murder. Mays and his men can now make one last raid. (imdb)

The film sees US Deputy Marshal Dan Lawson teaming up with RCMP Sergeant Gray to go undercover and capture the nefarious smuggler Bart Randall. Lawson, posing as an outlaw called Laramie, is ready to infiltrate the gang led by Randall, a self-styled Gun Emperor of the Northwest, who is wanted for murder and bank robbery in the United States.

Group of gangsters steal the valuable brood-mare "Larkspur" from the Conway Ranch in Arizona. The mare's three-month-old colt tries to follow its dam, but is outdistanced. The lost colt finds its way to the Carey farm, where David Carey, a 16-year-old orphan, lives with his miserly uncle Thad Carey and his aunt Hildy Carey. David adopts the colt and names it Sunset. Despite past friendliness, cattle ranchers Tom and Jim Bledsoe, father and son, fence off their range to prevent its use by neighboring sheep ranchers Tug Wilson and Buck Rankin, suggesting that they hope to end their recent loss of cattle. Rankin (not Rankins) shoots Tug, who is unaware of Rankin's lawless activities, in an argument and Jim is accused of murder and also stampeding the sheep.

Billy arrives to buy Barkley's cattle and gets involved in Landreau's scheme to get Barkley's ranch. When Landreau kills Barkley he takes the money Billy paid him. But Billy had been wounded earlier and blood got on the money. Billy suspects Landreau and needs to get into his safe and see his money.

Tom Wayne rescues Clancy, Renard and Schmidt in the Arabian desert and they join him in going after El Shaitan, a bad guy who is never seen as he tries to wipe out the Foreign Legion. Feature version of the movie serial, The Three Musketeers (1934).

Tim's young brother Terry goes to play poker with honest George Beck. Saloon owner Coldeye says he is Beck and then shoots Terry. Just before he dies, Terry tells Tim that it was Beck that shot him. Tim, a card sharp, gets a job dealing for Beck and plans to ruin him financially and then kill him not knowing he has the wrong man.
