TCI = 0

My two top users have TCIs = 0, but they are not a (such) good match. Not sure why this is happening to me.

Actually, the first 3 are zero and the fourth one has a TCI score that is incorrect. The next few, however appear to be correct.

that guy is also currently my #1 with a 0.00 TCI. incidentally, he's a very good former(?) film critic for slant and other places, and he used to have actual ratings but i guess he wimped out at some point. maintaining a useful criticker account can break even the hardiest of men.

Yeah, this is one we're aware of -- it's actually happening for me, too. We'll be fixing it up soon!

Thanks. This seems fixed now - the TCI = 0 issue. But my fourth one (now first) is still there and it is not zero and it is incorrect. For example, it says that we have 101 films in common and we don't - we have far less.

Thanks! We refreshed that user's data, and I think that might have taken care of the problem. Can you check again?

This user shows as my 1st best TCI, even though it says "TCI: not enough ratings" and "Films in Common: 0". Also, I have at least a few films in common with this user, so saying that we have 0 films in common is incorrect.
