Bug trying to add a movie

I tried twice but I will try again when I have some time again (there are actually 4 movies I want to add that are missing here). Got this error after waiting an inordinately long time for my submission to go through:

There were no Network or Console errors in Chrome inspector tools.

Hmm... I think we have to chalk this up to some network issues we were experiencing last night. I see that submissions are going through right now -- would you be able to try this again?

We're looking into the bottlenecks currently, so that we can prevent future issues of that type!
