WW2 era: A man is taken from his bed by the secret police, while his lover with him

I assume the movie’s background is World War 2 era. I saw it probably 15 years ago, but my guess is it’s from the 90s or early 2000s.

I only remember what I presume to be the opening scene. A man is in his apartment/bedroom and his lover is with him. She is nude (seen from the back) and hugs him from behind and they proceed to have an intercourse. While still in bed together, the secret police enters and arrests him (looks like he isn't surprised).
The man may be an artist or musician if I remember correctly. He is the main character, The woman is only there for that particular scene.

That’s pretty much the peripeteia of 1984 (the book). If what you’re looking for is not one of its adaptations (it’s not the opening scene of 1984 and the woman is an important character there), it’s most likely influenced by it.

It was suggested to me actually on another forum, but I don't think it has anything to do with that story. As written, it most likely belongs to WW2 era. Furthermore, the woman in the scene is not a main character, and if I remember correctly doesn't show up again after the described scene.
