Shot in a expressive style, this Czechoslovakia drama from Gustav Machatý is like an essay of a weekend involving a girl and the men she meets on a rainy night. Detailed in style and sound it creates a intoxicating ambiance. Though the story feels a little simplistic and the climax could have been handled much more striking as it felt rushed compared to the rest of the story evolvement.
