A shortened reedit of the Yukinojô henge films Teinosuke Kinugasa did in the mid-30s. Confusing and fascinating. More fascinating than a bad experience, but I would naturally have liked to have seen the whole thing. But this is what we got, and there certainly was a lot to unpack... which i'll leave unpacked.
