Wacky nonsense from Joe E. Brown again! This time he accidentally joins a long-distance swim race! He can thank Ginger Rogers for that. And retired Our Gang member 'Farina' is along for the ride bossing black people around. If you've seen a Joe E. Brown comedy then you know what to expect.
