Stanley Lupino lures hot American blond Thelma Todd over to England for a light rework of Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew! As awesome as that in itself is, You Made Me Love You (1933) is also a fine little comedy. Over in no-time with plenty of shenanigans to win Todd's heart. The songs are alright too, especially the one where Lupino gets to show off some of the family's slapstick skills. Oh, and watch for him get a vase thrown in his face!
