The direction sucks, the drama is just plain bad, the music is terrible, the story is pretty dumb, and the acting goes from bad to over-the-top and back throughout. The guy who played the psycho was pretty damn intense though.

The whole premise that the rapist is a normal guy who goes insane when he sees a woman wearing the color red is inherently absurd. The movie is pretty sleazy, none of the actors are that good, and the ending doesn't make sense.
