Maybe it's more proof that I'm a fundamentally broken person, but I rather enjoyed this. Even though no lessons are learned, no characters grow in any meaningful way, nothing really matters to anyone and the production values are crappy, I kept watching. Any movie that ends with a bunch of drunken/stoned police officers dancing to a sweet Mr. Oizo soundtrack at a funeral has my vote. Hmm. Maybe I should not be allowed to vote.

The gravity of all the actors paired with the dark absurdity of the set-pieces certainly produce an impression, but there's a head-scratchingly pointlessness to it all. And aside from the funeral scene it's not really funny, but there's a kind of perverse allure in its avant-garde nihilism. Because all the viewer can do is gape and ask what the fuck did I just watch?

The acting is bad, intentionally, the plot points make no sense. But honestly, that doesn't matter. This director makes absurd movies, this one is no different. I like the characters, theyre fun to watch. Everyone in this world is a psycho in some way. Not to mention most of the cast is comprised of oddball comedians. Its worth a watch, just don't expect to be blown away. Even though there is no coherent storyline, this movie is still more watchable than paul blart

An intentionally absurd and quirky comedy full of random humor and electronic music that looks like it was made for the internet. Lacking any real kind of "story" the movie is just scenes full of attempts at weird and awkward "humor", but that's okay. The movie's cast of comedians and cameos somehow brings the whole strange thing together into an enjoyable oddity.

this movie makes you feel like a bystander at a fatal car crash. deep down you know it's terribly wrong, yet you are unable to take your eyes off. it's just something you don't get to see every day and therefore holds exceptional entertainment value. who cares if it's weird and amoral, it's fun to watch!

I think I get what Dupieux was trying for, but it just didn't work for me with this one. The irony is a little too intentional, and the acting and editing were atrocious. But I guess that may have been the point. Just really didn't work for me. Seemed like 90 minutes of "look how random I can be".

Written and directed by a comedy moron. The lead actors are dimwit idiots. There was nothing funny. It's truly an astonishing feat of comedy failure. Was Eric Roberts on drugs? This is an abysmal pile of garbage. Literally, there is not a single laugh to be had from this. Everyone involved in this useless production should be mortified.

Dupieux gets a little better with each film and this is the first of his with moments I really enjoyed. Wareheim manages to shine. But it still felt like background noise the whole time.

This one feels slapped together & shot with the rough edges left in. Like the take count on each shot wasn't too high and the shots that were chosen weren't set up with too much delicacy, more hit record and use what you get. Case in point, in the first shot of the film, the sky is completely blown out, couldn't retake it with the ISO dropped a few stops? There's a lot of leaning on handheld camera work, sloppy dialogue & most noticeably for a Dupieux film, minor effort in art direction.

I new Quentin Dupiex was a strange guy, but this (really long promo clip for Mr.Oizo cds) has a whole new kind of weirdness. I cannot say that this is a good movie, but I was laughing quite a lot! Except for John Lajoie all actors including Marylin Manson do a great job beeing fucked up crazy

I have nothing against absurdity and frivolity done this well, especially with a cast this funny, but Dupieux's schtick is wearing thin after three films, not to mention as hyper-irony of this type becomes a cultural norm.

Not nearly as much Lynchian fun as "Rubber" was, cameos by Ray Wise, Marilyn Manson and Grace Zabriskie notwithstanding; "Wrong Cops" focuses a little too much on Dupieux' music, which only serves to remind me that I hated "Flat Beat". But still, a fun if thin take on the corrupt cop comedy.

Not anyone can make a movie? Wrong! Even retards can make a movie... and this movie's the proof! I still gave this movie 45 because it's simply funny how bad it can be! it seems that they made an effort to make it that bad, and the effort has to be rewarded! :) ..anyway, if you're stoned, the movie might not look that bad! ;)
