Regina Hall is beautiful and expressive in this movie about three black women who vow to be married within a year. The dialog and characters are sometimes tedious, especially the clueless & toxic men. A few humorous moments, but I don't remember laughing out loud. The writing was not good. Despite the poor material Regina Hall lifts it up. For a romantic comedy, there was not enough romance or comedy.
