Witchboard III: The Possession

It's watchable, but definitely not great- the novelty of the franchise has worn off by this point, & the ever-shifting rules of the ouijas themselves are a little annoying. The performances are genuinely solid, though, & the effects aren't awful. The script has some hints of cleverness here & there, but not all that much. There's nothing especially bad about it, but nothing remarkable either- it's about as average as 90's horror gets.

Kinda silly over-done plot with ok production. Some lovely ladies getting naked bring it up a tier or two.

The only good parts are the bits with the protagonist's soul trapped in that mirror. The muted sound as he helplessly cries out against the evil bastard who's possessed his body is genuinely eerie. Otherwise this is the usual blah and thoroughly disposable cliched horror nonsense that we'd all like to forget, and do so very easily
