A gripping drama, excellently narrated. Darcy-Smith cuts back and forth between a disastrous night and its aftermath, letting both narrative strands build in intensity simultaneously to great effect. The acting is thoroughly convincing. Edge-of-your-seat stuff.

This movie is non-linear drama which opens one layer at a time. The way it is presented transitions between past and present effortlessly. The acting is at par but the story makes it up for all the other shortcomings. A must watch.

I liked what this was trying to do, but the pretty golden hour camerawork wasn't enough to carry my interest - the acting is pretty poor and I didn't engage with any of the characters.

Great film that is told in a non linear fashion for maximum effectiveness. Scene changes can be abrupt but the film builds tension for a great payoff.

This movie is made 10 years too late. Very boring, and their Aussie accents were very difficult to follow.

Would've liked it far more if there was some kind of transition between present & past scenes. Found them a bit too abrupt for my tastes

A fine Aussie gem. Decent plot, fine performances and a great narrative structure that builds effectively to a harrowing finale.
