If you cut out the douchbags and replaced them with some shitty narration, this would be a below par nature documentary.

Works ok as a road trip / hangout movie but can be jarring with its sudden and unwelcome insertions of slapstick or supernatural elements. Also pretty unfocused, too many subplots.

Tonally strange, with out-of-place moments of absurdity peppered throughout what could be a decent coming-of-age tale. The plot meanders in distracting ways.

Okay...Okay. I'll admit. I watched this when it first came out because JTT was in it. I had the typical young-girl crush on JTT. And thus saw this film. And...looking back. It's not all that great. But it doesn't deserve a 22 like my PSI said.

This movie is pure schlock aimed at young girls who want to see teen stars of yore interacting with cuddly forrest creatures. Give me a break.
