Didn't do a lot for me. I laughed maybe 2 or 3 times. Lloyd is such a boob for most of the picture that you don't really care about him. Colosso gets a lot of the spotlight, and there's only so many "big dopey guy" gags you can take. It was just kinda boring

Simpleminded but fun little picture. Not the world's best story or the most inventive or Keatonesquely dangerous gags, but after a slow start there was a steady stream of fun little gags enjoyable in a cartoon kind of way. Not Lloyd's best, but OK :-)

Another alright action-comedy from Lloyd's heydays in the 20s. He's got decent support from his 7' 2" buddy, and his new regular leading lady, Jobyna Ralston, makes a good debut. (His previous love interest, Mildred Davis, had retired from acting immediately upon marrying him earlier the same year). This might have worked better as a two reeler, as it starts to repeat itself too much, especially in the second half, but it has its moments.

Released in the same year as Safety Last, Why Worry? is clearly not in the same league as that classic, but it's an amiable film that has a neat premise, and it's worth a look for fans for two major reasons: 1)it was the debut of Jobyna Ralston, Lloyd's greatest leading lady, and 2)it marked the end of his collaborations with Roach, whose split from Lloyd arguably contributed to his future obscurity. Nonetheless, there are several funny scenes, even if it lacks truly standout moments.
