A solid and coherent film, mixing giallo and poliziotteschi.

The best of the Giallo/Italocrime hybrids that I've seen. It has a good mix of suspenseful stalking scenes along with energetic chase sequences, and it never lets the tempo slow down. I also liked how the main characters are more realistic/down to earth than usual. This was my 2nd watch, and it was bit below my recollection, mainly due to the ending which is fitting for political crime films of the era, but a bit underwhelming for a Giallo. It's still good and Cipriani's score is groovy as hell.
