Werewolves on Wheels

Werewolves on Wheels is not what you think it is. Not if you think it's good anyways. There are some inspired location shots, and there's a lot of biker frolicking. The Devil's Advocates run into Devil Worshipers and about 10% of them become werewolves? I can't believe the guy who did Phantom of the Paradise did this (I guess he was Art Dept on that). To its credit it is perfect background fodder.

It's lumpy but surprisingly evocative and well-shot. Kind of a great exploration of homoeroticism and masculinity, too.

Had some pretty interesting stuff, but was generally incoherent. Not enough werewolves on motorcycles either.

"Some of my best friends are dead." Has a certain demented zest all its own. At times plays like some improv group doing an extended Hell's Angels sketch.

A very poorly made movie that had a mildly interesting premise.

Quite a trip. I watched it twice as I thought I had fallen asleep, but the re-watch didn't make things much clearer. Title is quite misleading as you barely get A werewolf on A motorcycle. Many scenes are shot and edited in a way that it's hard to make sense of what's going on. It's not a good film by any means, but it's definitely it's own thing mixing biker and supernatural elements instead of trying to ape Easy Rider. It's heavy on atmosphere and supported by almost primitive soundtrack.
