Johnny Messner is not a charismatic lead. Mickey Rourke looks like a different person. Tom Sizemore stunk it up. The plot & dialog is not good. Poor music. Unremarkable performances throughout. Black cop looks like Morgan Freeman. Low budget made-for-TV feel. Random, ill conceived plot. Dumb bloopers like grab a chair & hit with a table. Robot at the end was too little too late. Overall it is underwhelming & unimpressive.
