We Feed People

Middling portrait of a clearly passionate Andrés and his humanitarian work, but without a galvanising event to draw all the threads together (or at least a more fleshed out portrait of the man himself), the film feels too sedate and weightless; given the scope and urgency of Andrés’s quest, it’s strange that the dramatic tension couldn’t be tighter. Some nicely observed moments and the goodwill of the enterprise can’t compensate for the fact that it is ultimately a bit of a snooze.
