Water, Water Every Hare

The slow-motion chase is comic brilliance. I almost wish it lasted the whole cartoon.

I thought I has seen this one before, but that's because the monster also appears in "Hair-Raising Hare" 6 years earlier. That one's better than this one, which has the "whole bunch of stuff happening" thing that many mid-tier Looney Tunes suffer from.

Where would Looney Tunes titles be with puns and other clever word play?

Silly Bugs Bunny fun. The monster is a great character.
