Wake Up Sid

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. When I started watching this movie I was expecting to be a yet another bollywood movie. I really enjoyed this movie infact. The story was good and the script written well as well. There wasnt too much drama any where in the movie. The direction by Ayan Mukherjee was good and did well to bring out the characters in each of the actors. I would recommend this movie to one and all.

a predictable slacker coming to take responsibilty flick with some decent acting.

Good at parts, predictable at others; realistic at parts, melo-dramatic at others; novel at parts, trite at others; worth-watching at parts, waste of time at others :) I would tend to say that the bad parts outweigh the good ones for most parts. the character of the mother was an exception: well scripted and acted; again except at few parts.
