WWE: CM Punk - Best in the World

One of the best talking-head documentaries ever made, regardless of subject. Best in the World, indeed.

A pretty good documentary that brings light to one of the most polarizing wrestlers to ever have lived, though this was before he walked out on the company so they focus more on his early years and make the pipe bomb his most acclaimed action. Personally, I feel like WWE was pretty light on a lot of things to maintain their own image - I think Punk would have a lot more negative things to say about WWE and wrestling in general if allowed to, even back in 2012. It was honest, but not thorough.

The thing about any documentaries like this is, since it's pro-wrestling, are they pushing the agenda or is it an actual assessment of what CM Punk means to wrestling and the WWE? I think it's truthful, talking about his beginnings all the way up to now, after his legendary "pipebomb" promo. CM Punk is an interesting guy and I'm a big pro-wrestling guy, so to me, it's really interesting stuff.

Absolutely fantastic documentary that's worth a watch for any pro wrestling fan. Punk is one of the most interseting personalities in wrestling today, and this DVD captures that extremely well.
