The MTV version is absolute perfection

I kind of wish I had watched the MTV dub with Andre 3000 and Snoop Dogg. Then there might have been some unintentional comedy, at least. Because the movie's intended comedy falls really flat. Plus, the action scenes are really badly-shot, and I don't understand a single character's motivation throughout the movie.

While it's energetic and over the top, it's also a deeply flawed mix between Harry Potter and DBZ, with high-schoolers throwing shitty CGI energy balls at each other and something about teacher wars and there was a chicken and oh god I started bleeding internally again. Sometimes amusing but mostly complete nonsense, with a story that insulted both my intelligence and my momma.

The original version may be better, but the MTV dubbed one is definitely garbage.

Saw the MTV version first, but downloaded the original later. Definitely suggest the latter to anyone interested in seeing this film. The action and plot are interesting and classy, one of the better Korean films I've seen.

Fun and flashy, this is wire-fu with serious style. Just watch the 2 hour Korean version, not the chopped to bits and dumbed down 80 minute "MTV" version.

Very interesting cheesy comedy. Haven't seen a film quite like it, maybe there are more out there but I haven't seen them.
