Summer of Goliath is a documentary/fiction hybrid that narrates various stories of the people of the town of Huilotepec in rural Mexico. Teresa's husband has disappeared and she believes he has left her for another woman. Gabino, her son, is a soldier who searches cars at the side of a country road, where very few cars pass by. subat 2011, ifistanbul11 & filmi kesinlikle anlamadim! neden bahsettiklerinden, yonetmenin amacindan en ufak bir fikrim yok! ama filmin ilham veren bir buyusu olduguna inaniyorum. cok sakin, cok dogal bir anlatimi var. film eger uc saat olsaydi da rahatlikla ve huzurla izleyebilirdim. yonetmenin bu atmosferi olusturma becerisini ve oyunculuklarin dogalligini sevdim. bu film belgesel atmosferinde ilerleyen bir kurmacadir. bu da filmi gozumde daha degerli yapan bir sey.
