I'm afraid I'd have to personally check all the info she gave in order to rate this.

While I've seen a lot of this stuff before, I appreciated how this movie used real people to look at the issues from an everyman's perspective. I'm a meat eater, but I confess the reasons for vegetarianism/veganism are compelling. I love animals and I hate the idea of contributing to their inhumane treatment. Maybe I'll try vegetarianism out for a month and see how it goes. The very fact that the movie put even that much fire under my ass is a pretty big compliment to it.
