It is created right after the collapse of Soviet Union, when Lithuania regained its independence. Therefore, it is no surprise that a movie was made that looks back, when the only way of struggle against the regime was with the rock music and American culture. It feels like it was not the time for the movie yet. It feels rushed, and it really fails to capture the soul of the seventies, and the essence of rebellion.
