Vacaciones de terror 2

Very low budget but also strangely inventive. If the pace had been better this would been rated higher.

Better than the original, but sadly that's not saying much. The location shifts from a cabin to Halloween themed birthday party which takes place in film studio back lot. That makes the "vacation" title confusing. The only returning characters are Julio and the possessed doll which quickly shifts to some kind of demon / poor man's Freddy Krueger. The pace is better and there's more gore, but eventually running down the same streets starts to get tiring. Not a landmark of Mexican horror.
