Vacaciones de terror

Very basic Mexican horror flick. It's also surprisingly tame and only adds some gore towards the end. It's from '89 but feels very much like early 80's, which is actually one of the better things about the film. It does have some local flavor, but not enough to elevate the film as a whole. The characters are not interesting and the endless shots of the possessed doll start to get really annoying. It's barely 80mins but feels longer. I sure hope that the sequel is better.
