A "comedy character" film like Borat etc, that is a painfully unfunny racist caricature with none of the wit of Sacha Baron-Cohen that is so absurd that no reasonable target would think it was for real. Apparently the Dutch proletariat love this racist shit because this isn't the only racist caricature comedy character that they love presumably to the irritation of the non-moronic population, it seems the Dutch have evolved no further than "me sow sowwy".
