Surprisingly funny Monogram mystery with the numbskull duo Frankie Darro & Mantan Moreland. Modern pussyfoots might get queer about the racial humor in Up in the Air (1940), but it's harmless fun as it's two knuckleheads trying to be clever. This is especially a fine showcase of the comic genius of Moreland. All-round entertainer! The murder portion isn't much, but from a comic standpoint this was above most low budget attempts that year.
