Underverden

Strong performance from the lead, gritty violence. Did a good job of actually making me feel the sacrifices that he made/losses that he endured to exact his revenge. Good music too. This won't blow your mind if you've seen anything in the revenge subgenre, but it's really solid for what it is.

It's better than most Danish films, but it's also very overrated. 'R' and 'Nordvest' is much better.

Poorly thought out film. Meh.

Dark, dense and sometimes too crude for its own good. Especially in the final third. Still a milestone in Danish cinema.

Well intended revenge thriller, that gets lifted by strong performances and realistic depiction of the different Copenhagen environments but suffers from underwritten characters and the formalistic third act.
