The last of Ann Sothern's ten Maisie films. Do have that Maisie charm. At least some of it, but Undercover Maisie (1947) is probable among the worst of the bunch. Ends up actually dragging, and there isn't any majorly funny moments. Clear sign this series was done. But it was a good run. Did bring us Maisie (1939), Maisie Gets Her Man (1942) & Maisie Goes to Reno (1944), which are all good comedies.
