Fine enough production value, stupid characters and script.

Nothing to see here. It did fill its quota for having the mandated minorities, unfortunately.

It appears that real people live in Norway. Like the Wave, this was a sparse plot, but a movie that never overstays its welcome, mainly because of the strong character portrayal. (I was going to say "development" but that is not really possible in a film where the action lasts 24 hrs or so). It doesnt offer anything new but the intriguing thing about the tunnel is how the first incident is so "minor", and yet things build dramatically from there. Just shy away from hollywood endings, Mr Øie

Tunnelen (2019) is another enjoyable entry into the Norwegian disaster genre that's currently trending. While the tunnel crash has a limited peak, I felt they did a nice job building it up. There was times during the actual rescue portion which lost a little steam, but there was exciting moments too. A good one.
