Tropic Holiday (1938), like so many tropic pictures, is mostly consists of light hokum. Does have Dorothy Lamour & Ray Milland trying to make something of this mess, but this one rarely struck the right cords. One saving portion was Martha Raye in the bullfighting ring! That was legit funny! Weird that they managed to put together such a good scenario when screwing-up the rest the way they did.
