This was a straightforward crime drama filled with tons of character actors and actors from the '70s. Stephen Chow is in a small thankless role but he doesn't affect the story in any real way. This was enjoyable but nothing all that special. This used to be a harder film to track down so I'm sure some watchers will feel underwhelmed once they finally see it.
