2nd of 4 films in the Crimson Bat series. There's a bit less swordplay in this movie, though Oichi's doomed search for happiness makes for decent drama. There's even a bit of an homage to Okamoto's "The Sword of Doom" as the film ends suddenly on a freeze frame in the middle of Oichi massacring a group of enemies. Yôko Matsuyama is no Shintaro Katsu, but she clearly knows how to handle a sword.
