I've always been a fan of the Lucky Luke stories and that's why I liked this one. Humurous and entertaining but with too many new things so that the story isn't like other Lucky Luke stories any more. The Daltons are undaltonish, the story uses too many jokes about the future which gets anoying after a while and the story is actually quite stupid too.

Kids might find it funny, and the animation is pretty colourful and dynamic, but old fans might frown at the changes and additions made. The New York part was more annoying than anything. The soundtrack is curious, and it has a musical number about a lady's tiddies that got a chuckle out of me.

I'm pleasantly surprised by this one; it has a rather high quality of animation, they handled the antics of Daltons well and overall the reference-driven world of Lucky Luke was well transferred. I am not a big Lucky Luke fan (in fact it might be my least favourite in the big shot francophone comics); but I enjoyed the movie.

I am a big fan of the LL comic books, but this cartoon didn't do the justice for them. In my opinnion there was too much goofing around taking the movie out of the humour that was in the comics. Joe Dalton have his moments but unfortunately that doesn't save the movie.

Bad animation, bad voices (especially Cornillac as Joe Dalton, Titoff and Wilson as Lucky Luke isn't really good). The story is also not excellent, and many jokes are pretty annoying.
