The fake sweepstakes ticket plot didn't grab me. Just a low budget production taking advantage of Kane Richmond's handsome looks and the popular miniature actor Frankie Darro. They really should have invested more time in the writing to make this dull affair more action filled. Instead they slowed it down even more with singing from Phyllis Fraser. Very dozy....
