Tough and Deadly

I always love how over-the-top and brutal the action scenes are in these movies. Roddy Piper and Billy Blanks have good chemistry together and that helps elevate the otherwise subpar story. It's not good but its fun and that's all I wanted from it.

Your typical made-for-vid action picture, complete with low-rent star and time-and-money-saving-but-visually-shit long takes. It's awfully hard to stay awake during this one
