Frankie Darro Monogram picture, which at least promises some action, even if very little of it is any good. Here he's a wheeler dealer with a boxing brother played by Dick Purcell, and they're getting played by the local boxing racketeers. Got energy with a lot going on, but as I said, it's rough work.
